Scripture Type is defined as the genre or comprehensiveness of the resource as it relates specifically to Judeo-Christian canonical or deuterocanonical Scripture.

CS	Bible comic-book style	Bible content in comic/cartoon format
DI	Bible dictionary	Bible dictionary, glossary
LE	Bible lectionary	Bible text for public or private reading arranged in a calendar format
SE	Bible text selection	Verse-by-verse translation (or paragraph-by-paragraph paraphrase) of Bible text that does not contain the complete work identified in the corresponding RMR_ScriptureScope entry or entries for this work
SM	Bible study material	Study guide, workbook or other material intended to aid personal Bible study
